Metaphysical Modeling of Rotor dynamics
Motor Spindle with magnetic Eccentricity
Abstract:
The paper presents a metaphysical model of the rotor dynamics of an asynchronous
motor spindle that accounts for the effect of magnetic eccentricity. The study proposes a new
approach to modeling unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP) based on a variable mutual inductance of
the magnetizing circuit instead of the classical Maxwell stress tensor method. Analytical
dependences between the air-gap eccentricity, magnetizing inductance, and UMP components
are derived, and a modified Simscape/Simulink model of the asynchronous machine is
implemented to simulate these relationships. The simulation results demonstrate the influence of
magnetic eccentricity on the electromagnetic torque, stator current spectrum, and rotor speed.
The proposed model provides a practical tool for diagnosing eccentricity-related faults and
predicting vibration behavior in motor spindles.

High-energy physics
Abstract:
According to quantum theory (QT), the diversity of things in the surrounding world
is created by the varied, multi-level combination of their structural elements and the connections
11between them, which are formed through the exchange of virtual particles of the fields of three
interactions—strong, weak, and electromagnetic. A fourth field, extremely weak compared to
quantum interactions—gravitational—stands apart. According to Einstein's recognized general
theory of relativity (GTR), it also participates in the creation of connections, not between
material (massive) entities, but between them and spacetime, which is inseparable from them.
This theory implies that gravity, although formally perceived as a force, is in fact a consequence
of the inertial motion of physical bodies in curved spacetime. This article demonstrates that
neither general relativity nor quantum theory (the Standard Model) is valid, however, in the
little-studied high-energy region of the microcosm, which lies beyond the Planck frame of
reference (10–35 m and 10–43 sec), and therefore their results in this region do not coincide.

Results of research and pilot experiments to increase precipitation from various types of clouds in Moldova and Ukraine
Abstract:
The results of long-term studies on enhancing precipitation from various cloud
types during summer, winter, and transitional periods in Moldova and Ukraine are presented. It
is concluded that the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement depends not only on specific
meteorological conditions but also on the appropriate selection of the impact technology, which
allows for consideration of the stage of development of the cloud process and the cloud cells
within it, the use of reagents with different physical effects, and the regulation of their dosage.
Cloud (cloud cell) seeding, depending on their stage of development at the time of impact, can
lead to different effects, both in magnitude and sign.

Signal-Scavenging Bioprocessing: Activated Carbon as a Regulator
of Microbial Communication
Abstract:
Activated carbon (AC), a century-old adsorbent widely used in environmental
biotechnology, is proposed here as an active modulator of microbial communication in
bioprocessing systems. By scavenging self-inhibitory signaling molecules—such as acyl-
homoserine lactones (AHLs) in quorum sensing (QS) and indole—from dense microbial
consortia, AC can alleviate density-dependent growth suppression, thereby enhancing specific
and volumetric rates in processes like activated sludge treatment, membrane bioreactors (MBRs),
and anaerobic digestion (AD). This approach represents an orthogonal intensification strategy,
distinct from conventional AC applications for toxin removal or biofilm support. We review the
biological plausibility, including documented QS in activated sludge and sorption kinetics of
signals on carbonaceous materials. Engineering benefits include increased substrate uptake rates
(cod/SOUR), faster start-ups, higher biomass retention, and reduced reactor footprints. A testable
experimental roadmap using spike-and-rescue assays and enzymatic controls is outlined to
establish causality. Convergence with existing AC uses, such as fouling mitigation in MBRs and
direct interspecies electron transfer (DIET) in AD, suggests a unified material platform. Risks,
including over-quenching of beneficial QS functions, are addressed with tunable deployment
strategies. This perspective positions signal-scavenging AC as a low-cost tool for bioprocess
optimization, leveraging abundant materials without genetic engineering or chemical additives.
Recent advances in biochar-mediated microbial interactions further support the potential of
carbonaceous sorbents in enhancing consortia performance.

Nile Estuary Waters for Freshwater Supply in the Eastern Mediterranean
and Enhanced Bio productivity in the Mediterranean
Abstract:
This paper examines two interrelated technical solutions for using Nile River flow
to increase freshwater flow into the Damietta estuary of the eastern branch of the Nile. This will
enhance the performance of the eastern Mediterranean's freshwater supply system and
simultaneously increase the bio productivity of the eastern Mediterranean.
It also demonstrates how Israeli scientists could assist Egypt in addressing these complex
issues.

Heliotrope – Solar Meteoron
Abstract:
This article examines the physical principles, history, and application of the classic
meteoron, and evaluates the feasibility of creating a meteoron that utilizes the sun's radiant
energy – a solar meteoron. A rational solar meteoron design is described, along with potential
applications for its widespread use in local weather control, using Israel as an example.

Is the physical world an illusion or reality?
Abstract:
For a long time, science assumed that an insurmountable barrier lay between
the physical world (Nature) and living matter. On one side of this barrier lay the real reality
given to us through sensation, and on the other, a spiritual essence, the Creator of all that
exists, including the eternal and immutable laws of Nature. However, quantum physics,
116which emerged at the beginning of the last century, established with high certainty that there
is no difference between living and nonliving matter. This, as well as the fine-tuning of all
stages of the intelligent development of the Universe, in my opinion, testifies to the unity of
matter and consciousness, two sides of the same coin. In this article, the author analyzes what
he considers an untenable alternative viewpoint, which denies the reality of our world and
reduces it to illusory perceptions.
