Possibilities of Creating Oases of Comfortable Environment
in Israel and in Surrounding Regions
Abstract:
The article describes ideas for managing environmental parameters
and local weather in the region of Israel and surrounding countries in order to
create a comfortable living environment and improve weather characteristics for life
and work in Israel. The concept of solar meteorons as devices that can be used as the
basis for a system for managing local weather parameters is considered. The
directions for organizing research and development work to implement this concept.

Life is not a miracle, but a natural process
Abstract:
Within the standard cosmological model, there are several approaches
that explain the evolutionary development of the Universe quite convincingly.
20
However, in general, this model is contradictory and not all of its provisions are
confirmed by observations. This applies equally to the theory of inflation and the Big
Bang, and to the theory of dark matter and energy, which does not fit into it, and, in
particular, to numerous versions of the origin of life and man that explain nothing. On
the other hand, the Big Bang, the expansion of the Universe, chemical evolution, etc.,
are quite logically, in my opinion, explained by the vacuum model, which is not
included in the standard model. Finally, many versions, including those included in
the standard model, are more like a mystery or a miracle.
In this article, the author puts forward a version according to which he, as he
believes, managed not only to understand the processes of the origin and evolution of
the Universe from a natural standpoint, but also to explain such incomprehensible
processes as the origin of life and man

Application of polarization characteristics and effective scattering areas of
various targets for selection of bird radio echoes
Abstract:
The bird echo selection algorithm developed in Israel has been
successfully used for many years during periods of their mass intercontinental
38
migration to ensure the safety of transport and combat aircraft flights. Maps of the
radar ornithological situation obtained in real time every 20 minutes allow flight
managers to "spread" the migration routes of migratory birds and aircraft in time and
space. Flight managers take the actual ornithological situation when planning aircraft
movement. Nevertheless, under certain meteorological conditions, the bird echo
recognition algorithm still misses a certain number of false signals formed by
fine-drop clouds and atmospheric inhomogeneities.
This paper proposes to use additional features of the radio echo that will increase
the accuracy of selection of useful signals.

Renewable energy and storage in the energy sector of Israel. Problems and
methods for solving them
Abstract:
This article examines the role of renewable energy sources and energy
storage in the Israeli energy sector against the backdrop of the global energy sector.
Key issues related to the introduction of renewable energy sources into the energy
63
system are analyzed. Ways to eliminate barriers to expanding the integration of
renewable energy sources into the global energy system are shown. The article
provides examples of successful strategies for the transition to renewable energy,
demonstrating the possibilities and prospects of this direction.

Post-Globalization: How the Robotics Revolution Is Remaking the Global Economy
Abstract:
Globalization, once the defining framework for worldwide trade, is
facing a radical shift. Breakthroughs in robotics, artificial intelligence, and automated
manufacturing are eroding the traditional benefits of offshoring and cheap labor,
leading industries to reevaluate global supply chains and economic policies. This
paper charts the historic rise of globalization and the fractures revealed by events
such as the COVID-19 pandemic, then explores how advanced production
technologies are catalyzing a new era of localized manufacturing and reshoring While
developed economies gain resilience and tighter control over essential sectors,
developing nations dependent on high-volume, low-cost labor must innovate or risk
economic stagnation. We discuss the delicate interplay between global innovation and
domestic production, culminating in an eco-aware vision for the future: rural
communities enhanced by robotics, aiming for self-sufficiency and minimal reliance
on global supply networks. This shift signals the close of globalization as we know it
and the dawn of a technology-driven, environmentally conscious economic model

On the issue of artificial intelligence
Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a program that partially imitates human
actions in accordance with their unconditioned (instinctive) and conditioned
(acquired in the process of learning) reflexes, without comprehension and
imagination of what is happening in the decision-making process.
So, we note that there was no human intelligence here. In this regard, when using
the term AI, it is necessary to accept it as an accepted term without any subtexts. AI is
good at interpolating =, but not extrapolating where the next point might go, because
AI can't create anything new, because it can't think, reflect. understanding the
essence of its capabilities, and not turning it, like many fashionable things, into a
source of knowledge and solutions on all issues of the universe. It cannot replace a
professional specialist, but it can provide him with information support in solving
some problems, note not all.

Ethics of Artificial Intelligence: A Balanced Approach to Development
and Application
Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming various aspects of
human activity, from decision-making to communication, while simultaneously
introducing complex ethical challenges. This article examines the critical ethical
principles of AI—beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, justice, and explain
ability—and analyzes how modern AI technologies align with these principles.
Particular attention is given to algorithmic bias, the "black box" problem, and
accountability in AI systems. Algorithmic bias is explored through practical testing of
AI models, specifically OpenAI's generative systems. The study tasked the models
with generating images based on prompts such as “school teacher” and “university
professor.” The outputs revealed entrenched gender and age stereotypes. Further tests
involving prompts for "female" and "male" professions demonstrated similar biases,
with outputs reflecting cultural and demographic limitations in the training data.
These examples highlight the pressing need for representative datasets and rigorous
validation processes to mitigate bias in AI systems.

Spiritualizing of the Soul
Abstract:
An attempt to clarify the route of scientific searches for one's place in
the universe and, more specifically, to clarify the temporal and essential connection of
the animal soul with the global information system of the world. According to the
author, the soul dies with the body, and its information fields of elementary DNA
particles continue to function forever in the afterlife.
